When you copy content from a Word document and paste it into the content editor, all formatting is preserved. You might think that's a good thing, but in reality, it leads to inconsistent formatting with the rest of your site. For example, the font choice, size and color will display exactly as it is in the Word doc, which likely isn't going to be the same styles that your site uses. To address this problem, a new "Strip MS Word Formatting" button is in the content editor. Click on this icon and all foreign formatting is removed, while preserving common formatting options like bullets, bold, italic, etc.
